12|7|25 – Footings, foundation & slab all complete and framing well under way. Did not quite beat the bad weather late last week but hopefully will have the framing and roofing complete sometime this week!

12|2|25 – Sikes residence rough-ins & insulation all complete. Plastering in progress now and trim work to start later this week!

12|2|25 – Jernigan Residence plastering, interior trim and tile work is complete & painting is underway. Siding, outside trim & septic system is also complete. Cabinets to be installed next week and tops and sinks soon thereafter. Everything is on track for a late January 2026 move in !
8|26|25 -Footings, foundation, plumbing rough in and slab are complete and Framing has begun at the Jernigan residence!!
