1|24|26 – Congratulations Bradley and Miranda Jernigan! Praying for many years of happiness in your beautiful new home!!!!

1|13|26 – Jernigan Residence is getting all the final touches! Final cleaning scheduled for end of next week

1|9|26 – Jernigan Residence getting close! With the warm and dry weather this week we were able to complete the parking pad and exterior grading. Cabinets and tops are complete. Flooring to be installed next week so looks like we will be finishing up by the end of this month at the latest !!!!!

12|2|25 – Jernigan Residence plastering, interior trim and tile work is complete & painting is underway. Siding, outside trim & septic system is also complete. Cabinets to be installed next week and tops and sinks soon thereafter. Everything is on track for a late January 2026 move in !

8|26|25 -Footings, foundation, plumbing rough in and slab are complete and Framing has begun at the Jernigan residence!!

1|8|26 – Cooke Residence moving along nicely! Siding is complete, well is installed, plastering is complete and interior trim work is in progress. Painting to start next week and cabinets scheduled to be installed the following week !!!

9|28|25 – Plumbing is roughed-in and slab poured, bring on the framers!!! Cooke residence is moving along!!!

8|26|25 -And…..just like that, another one pops out of the ground….
